Would you like to learn more about the Operating Effective Transitional Living and Maternity Group Home Programs? During this webinar, RHYTTAC in partnership with program leadership from Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska provided an exploration of the connections between Transitional Living Programs (TLP's) and Maternity Group Homes (MGH's) with other services on the Continuum of Care. In addition, the presenters addressed the components of comprehensive TLP's and MGH's, shared information on utilizing a harm reduction philosophy in these programs. We were also joined by youth experts who discussed their experiences in a FYSB funded TLP/MGH and answered questions. Click here to view this webinar series. |
